Some variation may occur as these are hand tied and materials can differ in weight, fullness, and density.

Please note that all flowers and smudges are shipped DRY or PARTIALLY DRY and shedding is perfectly normal! 

Dry flower bunches such as Lavender are harvested and stored exactly as they were when they were brought in from the field. Shedding is normal and will be excess petals, not causing cosmetic damage.

Each of our products is thoroughly tested and each ingredient is thoroughly researched. Environmental factors such as humidity or lack thereof can cause smudges to burn more vigorously than intended. Each smudge, wand, cleanser is good for approximately 1-5 uses depending on user experience and all naturally occurring factors such as how flammable certain materials may be.

It is your sole responsibility to practice responsible fire safety standards and routines within your home. Per our recommendation you should always light your herbal cleanser outside over a fire proof container. Please open windows in your home to allow in fresh air. Be advised that due to the inherent nature of fire and dry herbs and plant matter, an entire smudge/wand/herbal cleanser may be consumed when lit. We are not responsible for user error, unwise fire safety, or inability to follow tested and provided instruction. We do not guarantee the number of uses per smudge, wand or herbal cleanser.
